- Sourcing ingredients and packaging - using our expert knowledge of supplies, ingredients and application we are able to elect the best commercially available ingredients and recommendations of packaging types.
- Test kitchen product samples - our concept teams have the skill sets to work from a brief and produce initial concept products and develop these to specified requirements. All aspects of initial development are undertaken, shelf life and organoleptic tests. Recording microbial results, analysis of water activity, moisture and solid levels where necessary to give predicted shelf life. We can calculate nutritional values and collate data for sample submission to customer.
- Costings - by recording the development of recipes at each stage we can maintain an accurate cost of materials and along with a process flow diagram give an accurate account of the product to take to the overall costing analysis.
- Presentations - our professional teams have presentation skills to organize product samples and data for display and presentation to all levels of internal management and clients. Delivery product ideas with in depth knowledge of ingredients and processing.
